Founder / Principal ConsultantLuke Cirillo, MBA, CFRE is a future-oriented strategic partner who works with leaders, teams, and boards to cut through the noise and focus on what’s most important. He is highly attuned to team dynamics, and experienced in complex change management processes.
Luke has been working in nonprofit leadership for nearly two decades, having served as a program director, mission advancement and fund development leader, board member, and a CEO.
He holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Portland and is an Internationally Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
Bryan Grove

Bryan’s experience is vast spanning public sector leadership, nonprofit innovation, statewide human services teams, facilitated multi-sector change initiatives across the country, and worked internationally in community-led development contexts.
Across each setting, his focus has remained consistent: move beyond surface symptoms to understand the underlying dynamics shaping performance, culture, and community impact.
Abe Figueroa, M.Ed. is a messaging and growth strategist who helps mission-driven organizations clarify identity, grow sustainable revenue, and strengthen program outcomes.
He works at the intersection of fundraising strategy, community partnerships, and program design—helping mission-driven teams move from vision to execution with clarity, health, and excellence.
